Christmas time is a time for friends and parties. And at Bespoke Cuisine Cookery School you can learn how to cook mince pies, the perfect Christmas Cake and other mouth watering homemade treats. If it is you first time cooking a Christmas dinner, they will teach you simple recipes which take the panic and stress out of entertaining. Many dishes can be prepared ahead and reheated to provide delicious and carefree Christmas meals.

Christmas courses include Christmas Baking (29 November), Edible Christmas Gifts (3, 12 &13 December); Christmas Canapés (4 & 11 December), Christmas Party Food (5 & 10 December) and Christmas Entertaining (1,8 & 15 December). Courses are run in the morning, evenings and cost just €65. Full day “Cooking for Christmas” and “Christmas Entertaining” courses will be run on Saturday & Sundays in December and will cost €145.

Bespoke Cuisine Cookery School is set in the ‘market garden’ of Ireland with the fruit and vegetable growers of North County Dublin on the schools door step and the fishing ports of Skerries and Howth nearby, the emphasis here is on learning to cook in a relaxed intimate setting using the freshest, local seasonal ingredients.
